They have not sang together since December 2022 but their collaborations remain at the top of the charts. Focus on the incredible success of Vitaa and Slimane.

After three years of triumph as a duo, Vitaa and Slimane announced the end of their cooperation in November 2021. “This project was a parenthesis in our solo careers, a very nice parenthesis.“, declared the singer, in January 2022, in the columns of “La Voix du Nord”. A very surprising choice when we know that the pair exploded the counts of streaming platforms.

But Vitaa and Slimane don’t seem to need to release new  music as a duo. They continue, in fact, to storm the charts. The public still loves their classics from the album “VersuS” today.

According to the compilation of figures put forward by the National Union of Phonographic Edition (SNEP), the album “VersuS”, released in 2019, has just reached one million sales! Among the biggest hits of the opus we find “It’s going to come”, “Avant Toi”, “Je te le donne” and many others…

Slimane continues to write for Vitaa

Even if they are now pursuing their solo careers, Vitaa and Slimane still continue to work together, particularly on the writing of pieces that they sing separately. The one who will represent France during the next Eurovision contest notably wrote the title “Je n’oubli pas”, taken from the album “Charlotte”, by Vitaa.
